2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you give us directly and limited technical data that is generated when you use the website.

Data you provide

  • Investor enquiry form: full name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, organisation, investor type and the content of your message.
  • Contact and media enquiries: your name, email address, organisation, publication and any information you include in your message.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

  • Responding to investor enquiries — to confirm whether a share issue is available to you, provide company information, eligibility requirements and proposed terms, and follow up on your interest. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective investors (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Responding to media, partnership and general enquiries — to answer your questions and provide the information you request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Complying with legal obligations — including company law, securities regulation, anti-money-laundering and bookkeeping requirements connected with any share issue. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
  • Operating and securing the website — to keep the website running, prevent abuse and understand how it is used. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) and, for non-essential cookies, your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Service providers that host the website, deliver email and support our IT systems, acting on our instructions as data processors.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors where required for a share issue or to protect our legal interests.
  • Public authorities, courts or regulators where we are legally required to disclose data.
  • A prospective buyer or partner in connection with a merger, financing or reorganisation, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

  • Investor enquiries: for the duration of our dialogue with you and up to 5 years afterwards, or longer where required by company, securities or anti-money-laundering law.
  • Media and general enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
  • Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
  • Website technical data: as set out in our Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Have your data erased where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Receive the data you provided to us in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@intrexium.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, www.datatilsynet.dk.

9. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. This policy does not cover those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing any personal data.
